Thats the glass half full take on the deal. The glass half empty is that they cannot find anyone prepared to buy shares in pyc at any price other than a deep discount to current sp. As a result, and based on the fact the company is currently onky supported by a series of promises on upcoming events a deal has been structured where pyc stay in business for another year. If the promised deals occur and a re rating occurs by some miracle then the investors get to buy new shares at a price capped at 5.6c or whatwver it was. We all know that on a really good result this could run way above 10c so great option to have in that case. If we languish or fall lower than current level they get shares at the market price which could be sub 1c by then. The only way they lose is that unlike the directors incentive shares they cannot walk away if the company folds. Its always impressive to see even in a company that has fallen from 8c to 2 c by signing 4 major pharma deals they can still get support from long term holders in whatever they do? So its well done on this deal as well???
