Short answer no. I don't think there'll be a cap raise until Uranium prices hit about 35US a pound.By then its a good chance PDN share price will be above 40cents.
This looks like the start of a real upturn in fortunes for both Uranium and Uranium stocks and seems to be on more stable fundamentals than the last few false starts with so much supply coming out of the market whilst at the same time the nuclear power companies will have to start recontracting for their Uranium supplies.Â
