Hartleys recent report had a 12 month target of 24c.

That was before news from Buffalo was mentioned and I'm hoping for a further re-rate upwards by the brokers once Adrian talks on the 13th of Sept about the Phoenix project. What we will need before this price eventuates is a bit of a change on the oil sentiment and FOMO when CVN starts drilling again or another unforeseen event etc.
