    Having a look at the discount of this puppy to NTA (circa 35%) and the rumours that some of the US assets are on the sale table with deals close, it could be a good short term trade here. If value is realised in $$$ instead of being in property it should reduce that significant discount to NTA for CQO and provide a short term re-rating.

    Just my thoughts.
