Seems to be par for the course until such time that it posts significant outperformance.
The fees are also on the high side, although I consider them fair for what you get. A 2% performance fee for 10 years is going to take a bite out of the NTA over the same term.
Not sure what can be done about it by the company, if they sell some of their holdings to buy back stock you really defeat the purpose of investing in it.
