The same people bagging IBR board would have been complaining of the share price which was hovering around 60c prior to TMR coming on the scene. When was IBR going to crack 95c without corporate activity? We would have needed to be very patient, not a common trait amongst any of us( me included ). TMR might be getting a good deal, but IBR holders will get upside as well. Good luck to all
