I think you should also factor in the other potential areas at Alacran as well:

Cerro Enmedio
La Morita (Copper)
Cerro Colorado (suspect copper as well)
Cerro Alacran (Previous drilling by Group Mexico)
Santa Barbara (similar terrain to MDP and Loma Bonita)

and of course Meda De Toxxic which I believe Tony is keeping hidden under his Mexican sombrero.

In addition you can add on the potential value on the mineralization just over the boundaries at Mesa De Plata and MDP Norte (look at the Alacran Geology Discussion link below)
