I doubt there is much placement stock coming out , GAM is a sub holder so need to disclose if they do, rest of it went to existing major holders as I understand it and in that scenario if you were planning to sell next month why wouldn't you have already sold some of your existing shares and then back replace them
time will tell but I'm not factoring much coming out from placement when the deal is finalised .
you get more coming out from retail commsec accounts as evidence from broking data and shown by a poster during that down week
