The predictions on each wells oil potential from the companys website x the current price of oil. Obviously there are plently of other factors involved eg prive to extract etc but vaguely,ball park is 20-50c, higher if top ends are reached.
In saying this, I doubt PRL will be extracting. Uruguay are looking at energy independence so a potential BO from someone like ANCAP or someone else in country is def on the cards, not to mention any of the other majors.
High hopes and expectations, but the numbers are there.
