If it were up to me, I'd rather our remaining cash reserves be used to hire lawyers and pursue discovery against QUT and FTT. I'd like to get access to the original scientific data and all other relevant documents to figure out what actually happened here.

QUT would have deep pockets and if we were sold a dodgy product, you would think we would have a good chance of recouping something.

Previous articles have pointed out the close connections between directors of FTT (previously TIS) and QUT. I note, however, that directors have a fiduciary duty to act in the best interests of shareholders.
