discrepancy in the number of issued shares

    The total number of shares issued in the two announcements today seems to be far apart

    1) Quarterly report: 299,333,110.
    2) On market share buy-back: 246,405,611.

    That is more than 20% difference if the figures are used to work out the cash back-in.

    I am confused!
