What are the potential impacts and consequences should statements come out relating to past results..

I mean some of the news speculation surrounds licence valuations, accounting methods etc...

Given accounting methods relate to historical data, what would be real world financial impact to current stock other then confidence in management, accounting etc?
The current revenue, debts, etc will remain unchanged.

If they announce anything in relation to licence valuations, what are the impacts then? Seeing the centres are still centres, earning fees etc...the values of the licences ....would it impact outstanding debt, perhaps some conditions that exist on this debt?
