    After reading this thread I have this thought.

    I recall (I think) previous mentions that the loans were governed by asset valuations. If the value of these assets is reduced, could that not put further pressure on ABC staisfying there obligations in relation to the value of the asset backing (and worst case scnario they could be in breach of the loan arrangements).
