I have indeed looked into ASIC investigations and it would appear they aren't Material.
Can you help out with these questions? I have done research on them but it isn't clear to me what to conclude.
Is the US Navy still proceeding with aluminium hulls for some ships?
Is the US Navy cutting short the LCS program at all? (Austal are still getting LCS's built, so it seems past technical issues haven't stopped the program - is that correct?)
