Imagine the spin offs MIM could have made on the ASX if they wanted to break up the company.

Thankfully we are most likely protected in BSG from being taken over at a pittance.

I feel pretty confident Management are aware of the sort of market capitalisation a silver stock like BSG will be able to command as developments proceed and the silver price increases.

From a newspaper article I saw last year in The Age I believe overseas predators had approached BSG Management about a buy out when BSG was around 60 cents - maybe less!!
