The only reason I can think of that MSI is not 25c + is that potential investors are still viewing Multistack and possibly the Verdicorp ORC tech as a boring refrigeration and/or air conditioning business.
The ORC Verdicorp tech has near endless applications across dozens of industries, particularly but not limited to the green energy market.
