Few posters have dismissed that company next door. I have posted in the past several times but there has been no reply of substance including from our resident specialists. Few years ago (I am led to believe) , a cheap offer was made but dismissed quite quickly. Maybe someone should ask Brett if this was the case & if it was his management or the prior BOD's ??? I am still a strong believer in next door ! Maybe someone can provide the reasons why as I still believe that it is superior to Rentails .
