    Anyway the folds and probably more importantly the faults or breaks will have displaced members (see diagrams below) of the orebody formed by the metamorphosed (heat & pressure) Sn rich granite after reacting with the dolomite. Acid reacting with carbonate in the dolomite to form the tin deposit at in the end being moved.

    The detection methods in the announcement are aimed at finding the richer (more concentrated) Sn (cassitirite) accumulations. Some may be closer to the surface or richer and we want to find them delineate them and mine them especially if better ( more economic) than resources we currently know about.
