Firstly, you need to understand that some of my posts are said half in jest. Just my sense of humour. As for investor vs speculator....well perhaps a bit of both. I am definitely on the look out for small companies that are somewhat unknown, but have the possibility to pop. I'm involved with Paladin in the uranium space. I definitely got into that because it was a sector that I believed in...but I also knew the ride was going to be rocky, and that there would be euphoric moves up which you could take advantage of. MLX by contrast caught my eye because the share price looked so stable in an upward trend. That is kind of rare for penny stocks. So I looked into it in greater detail and was blown away by what they have here. Although I dont have a million riding on it like some people here, it is my biggest holding, and I definitely want to hold for long term....but I do like seeing little pops nevertheless.
