Forget the div.
I want them to give me NCIO shares. That way I can keep, sell or add to them as I see fit.
That's one way growth companies can deliver returns to SH.
Buybacks are good too and they should have at least a few dollars in losses to release.

The Ni price itself is doing a bit.
