Hi my understanding is the JV operates as a stand alone unincorporated JV company with its own audited acounts ect and these acounts must be relaesed from the JV to the two partners who then consolidate them with the balance of there operations and prepare their own acounts . Each parther takes 50 % of the cash flow , P&L liabilities ect
