No,they dont need to disclose every sales but a percentage.Refer to their previous ann.,they started offloading 1% 3 months ago and the market knew after 4 months.However they got in cheap with APAC when the board reshuffle happened.Plenty of takers so not to worry.
Chris might throw some light via his broker who had the foresight of Nifty sales coming thru when the sp was rockbottom 8c if anyone remembers.
