I wouldn’t be surprised to see the nickel assets taken out personally given the current action going on in that sector.. and whilst MLX and it’s shareholders would retain 45m shares (and 25m options) in the new vehicle.. it’s seems a bit short to be IPO’ing 20m shares to raise just $4m - no way reflects the value of the asset. Would like to be in that IPO otherwise.
