To be honest, not sure whether a buyback will be that useful, especially with such a small retail register.
Only the major holders would benefit, and the cap will dilute again as the SP heads in the $1plus mark.
It too might provide limited liquidity to attract institutional buyers.
Either use it for capital expenditures that increases productivity, or give us all a handfull of Pasos to buy more, which is a buyback by arb...
