    I think NC1 is a very different kettle of fish to MLX... MLX's board don't appear to be day-trading their own stock! Is there any reason MLXs holders are concerning you? It's really not changed much recently, beyond some "shuffling the deckchairs", there's been a big Chinese holding for years.

    Looking at the register, the fact that 81% is held by by the top 25 holders puts a buyback in an interesting light... for example if MLX were to do a $30M buyback they'd be buying 10% of the register, which would either have to mop up half of the "retail" holders or get one of the "top 25" to part with their holding. If they were to go for $60M, even more so!
