Let's hope a dip buying spree is now an opportunity and an excellent new investment opportunity, rather than a pure averaging down process.
On the surface it does look like more real intent, and dip buying now becomes a lip smacking exercise.

It would be interesting to make some parallels for MLX.
Obviously they are far more informed on world Sn conditions, and REAL futures contracts into the short/medium terms, plus better insight into longer term utilisations. Let's hope they are preparing for a rise in demand, vs actual current stocks, with stockpiling activities .
