    I don't think the Indonesians will hold tin back they both like and relatively desperately need money. Anyway, a fair portion will bypass the government completely either by black market or corruption. It's like cowboy playtime there. A lot of the time paying tax is optional or by negotiation. They are lucky when well run companies like Aust do the mining.

    I think they are just taking. Sn is in short supply and will continue to be so. Last time (most recently) they could do precious little when the price rocketed don't think they didn't try as did the Bolivians.

    If Cu is going to give electrifiers a rude shock Sn will be worse it's more scarce pro rata. I'm shocked at some of the grades of operations mooted.
