You know all this stuff like using consultants to work on the talc etc. They all go to building a better mine. Then when you go all out on high grade or tonnage you get full value for effort.
For example NCZ (New Century Resources) Have said they are working to re-start up Renison's sister mine Mt Lyell - copper (only 50 Km away at Queenstown). The thing hasn't been mined since the 70's. I am looking forward to see what efficiencies is have been developed in the ensuing 50 years e.g. automation. I would love to see another Grand old lady back in Action. Rension has been good to me.
I'm either an old mining hand/romantic or just old.
