It's possible, but then their recent sell down has hardly been kept secret, so why bother now?
The tin price seems to be under a bit of pressure at the moment and with the usual radio-silence from MLX regarding the cash stockpile it's hard to get excited near term. If Chinese inventories continue to build, as they have been, we're going to be back in the 20's soon.
On the other hand, Long Term prospects still look good, so the next few months could present some nice buying opportunities...
