    It might be a good investment with a good proportion of that cash to buy refined tin metal and hold it. Especially if it gets cheaper. I think metals are a better punt than cash or bonds. A 20-50% rise in the tin price, which will come in due course, on supply demand modelling, would give a very nice return for little effort. I would rather have a couple of tons of copper or tin in a warehouse linked to the market than a bunch of dollars depreciating at 8% pa.
