Ex dividend today.
One of the company's that was purchased awhile ago for cash and shares. The shares came out of escrow. I think some of the people that owned shares in that company sold. I not sure which Co. look back at previous announcements to see what they acquired and when the shares came out of escrow Just my opinion.
