Triton United Limited. What I want to ask is 'why incorporate in the UAE' but I suspect it's too direct.
If you do get Brad, please just ask what the jurisdiction of the contract is between Triton United Ltd and Grafex Limitada currently. For example, if there were a dispute (maybe over this last 20% or anything else prior to 100% ownership), could an argument be made that the UAE is a more appropriate forum to deal with a contractual dispute. I'm not asking if the UAE will be the chosen forum - simply whether an argument could be made that it is the more appropriate forum.
Also, is there a requirement in the UAE that all company dealings with government bodies require that company to be locally registered in the UAE?
