Could not agree more. I've mentioned this before in one of my previous posts, if CL8 could leverage the PeerPass platform by outlicensing it to other P2P companies for a small recurring ongoing yearly revenue fee with milestones and royalties attached to each deal/contract, then another business model could open up for them to capitalise immensely on. For example, 10 companies paying an ongoing yearly revenue fee of $50k = $500K in recurring yearly revenue, which excludes milestones and royalties. That's another business there all on its own!

CL8's P2P websites can all still run in the background and build from their base, however, imo, the real value of the entire business will come from how they intend to 'leverage' the entire technology platform.

"to be the standard for online reputation management in P2P marketplaces and to secure competitive advantage by 'owning' trust just as PayPal 'owns' payments" (as highlighted in the recent Investor Presentation).

Re PeerPass highlighted on page 2 of the report below....

"It gives Collaborate a distinct competitive advantage allowing for the rapid entry into new peer-to-peer categories organically and through acquisitions and potentially into the mass market via partnerships and licensing creating multiple revenue streams."
