Ok, as the title of this thread says, this is a space where investors can discuss the idea of a 249D to remove Brett Clark and his team from their managerial duties at AEV.I think this conversation is well overdue. IMO this management has done nothing with Wonarah for far too many years and they don’t keep investors properly informed about what's going on or what they’re doing. They have held sway over a company whose share price and MC have been decimated - which I attribute to their complete dereliction of duty.
- What do investors think of this move?
- Is there an investor appetite for a 249D?

- How is it organised?
- Have any investors here done this before?
IMO Avenira is nothing more than a lifestyle company for Brett Clark and his team.
