    To me this stock looks to be set for a breakout. Hopefully not just my wishful thinking lol.
    What I see is a rise on volume at the start of the pennant, then a decay in volume, only to start to build again in the last few weeks. (one has to take into account it is, at this stage, a fairly illiquid stock)
    The last weekly candle respected the lower trend line.
    21 day EMA above the 63 & 200 EMA
    Note also the long lower wicks on the preceding two candles.
