1. The "new" MEMR (Minister of Energy and Minister of Resources) decisions which came into effect in September 2018, and in particular MEMR 25/2018, makes navigating through import and local content requirements, not to mention foreign payment restrictions, more than a little of a challenge at the moment. Not sure how successful Worley would be in attaining an exemption for aMES.
2. IP leakage
3. A supplier payment cycle that makes even Rio Tinto look good.
