With respect, I think you answered your own question - I do not believe that PWN will risk, from a technical, operational and financial perspective the important industry recognition and validation of their technology platform(s) on a penny dreadful as a first client.
Our collaboration partner, Worley, provides its greatest value from its position in the market, its business intelligence, awareness and relationships in servicing the needs of tier-1 clients. This is where our potential BD will be generated from.
In addition to tier-1 clients, Worley has provided consulting services to most of the industry players in this space in Australia and overseas via their consulting arm, Advisian. If we were to go down the road of partnering (via BPaaS) with a junior, which PWN has said is not their intent, we could probably find one closer to home and one that did not have so many fleas.
I think, PWN's spectrum of opportunities from their technologies are signicantly broader than the application for direct extraction of lithium from brines. Although, I do believe that our first contract for the aMES technology platform will be for lithium extraction in North America
