This is a great idea, with the concept being any director that has been on a failed venture previously, featuring on a new company listing as a board member, a small red flag for first featured names but repeat listing would be a strong reason to steer clear of a new company and perhaps derisk an estaished firm.
It may encourage smart and less greedy directors to take less risk but maybe the ASX needs less risk and more smarts.

If note, I have attempted to contact the directors of Protean as an institutional holder with a very small parcel in the past and was told by the secretary that "nobody works here, its just me" which was unsettling. We hold shares based on the tenements and technology focus specifically. At this point we have seen little from management which would encourage us to increase holdings.
