Section 249D requires directors to call and arrange to hold a general meeting at the request of members who hold at least 5% of the votes that may be cast at the general meeting.

We would need 5% which would be 15,571,862 shares. Current shares on issue 311,437,245 / 5% = 15,571,862. Then we would need to organise and then vote on new BoD's
