OK where do we go from here in regards to a 249D ????
1: Find who is keen to join
2: Would mean having a social media platform to create the group. SKYPE or TELEGRAM (Telegram a much better platform to control and easier to use.)
3: Would need a admin to run group
4: Someone willing to place name on form 249D to submit for all holders of the group.
5: Would also mean having to disclose share holdings, and personal data IE Name, Address etc to admin

I did all this with another company from January 2019, but was lucky to be semi retired and had time on my hands to be able to run the group but had other members in the group that have helped out in different aspects of submitting forms, having contact with the BoD's and IT side of things.
