I dont think it is even the gas that everyone is waiting on. Dont get me wrong. a huge gas quantity would be great but its the confirmed direction for the use of this coal that we are waiting on. Its the support from a partner. Its the proven or atleast probable technology that is going to be tested/used.

For my mind, CTP should do one more Coal type well and stop. And again this well should be done on the fringes as such where they expect less than favourable results but are checking on their resource size assumptions.

Get some results. talk to BG and ROG and say who is still interested. Head off to the helium as 1st drill in the 2nd phase. as this is what makes CTP absolutely unique.

In the meant time. Try to nut down some of these questions, get some clearer direction and then announce like crazy on the coal front. And do it pre CTPOA expiry.

I dont hold CTPOA but would like them to be an attractive conversion.

Regardless of all this I will stll hold and pick up some if the price drops further. Be looking for bargains though as there is some weakness. Why? I dont know. Perhaps a lack of research on their part. There will be more DBZ conversions but I would not be suprised to see some more backroom deals.
