No you're reading it wrong. I'll be clearer:
May '19: 1c - Passmore took over, company acquired Youanmi, new direction taken.
Dec '19: 2c
Dec '20: 4c
The fundamentals have got stronger over that time and there's a clear plan. They've been really clear since the acquisition of Youanmi the intention is to mine it. That's a long, slow, boring process to get there that ROX is part way through.
There's nothing out of the ordinary happening here. It's unrealistic to think you'll see continual rapid growth in an exploration company while they're on that path.
