The old managing director John Kelly resigned in December 2010 didnt he (he was appointed in 2003)? Then Greg Barnes resigned in June 2011 (appointed 2003), so the only same board member from "history" is Peter Wicks who was appointed in 2005 and is now a non-exec director anyway.
Ray shorrocks and David King came along in mid 2011, inheriting the project and a company with 3.3 billion shares on issue with a declining share price.
Any new acquisition would surely have to result in new board appointments. The company has indicated projects would be acquired with quality management. This together with the recapitalisation would make it pretty much a new company wouldn't it? At the mo it is just a shell, but not a dog.
Just not sure you should be comparing what it is now to what it was back then.
