Pattersons arent miners but pattersons have been linked to large rises in share prices at the spec end, at least when engaged as underwriters to a cap raising. I doubt there will be any cap raising in the near future though as they have sufficient cash now. As pattersons hold a large amount of stock, as you stated, it would certainly be in their best interests not only to have the price for their stock reach an equal level to pre-consolidation (2c) but far above this at break even levels for them (at least). Pattersons can be powerful.
A decent update from Ray (pattersons) may do this. Any decent acquisition / project announcement should send the price further.
