Unlikely that it is a takeover..All that requires is the three directors to come to the conclusion that a takeover offer is better for shareholders than going it alone. Complex deals and financing them might need CFO. Technical team required for site inspections or consulting for difficult installations or soemthing big maybe. Such as Lumapile for side of huge buildings. Directors to check deal beacause of size of commitment. Or then again might be their for staff party or maybe Sala getting knighted by the queen.
