My amateur opinion.. again full of hope BUT
The transparency on all levels could be a sign that
OCV wants to come clean and then move forward with partners/backers with a new level of understanding.

Just sliding financials due so many factors, some out of MFS control, do not attract longstanding good backers, imo.
OCV also needs a strong shareholder base and may need to clean out the speculators from the share register.

Who knows the future but this experience is one that comes maybe once in a lifetime and must be significant.

I am not giving financial advise but find the exchange of thoughts and reading others knowledge of value. thanks.
