Just recieved a letter from PIF stateing that their will not be anothe PDF issued and that unit holders therefore will not be able to rollover investment

Funds can only be withdrawn in 360 days so i guess thats it they are virtually winding up the PIF and will be forced to sell the assets under pressure from the Bank of Scotland

This is very peculiar especially as Tuart has stated he aware of several intersted parties more than willing to takeover the fund

The only two things that could make them go down this path that i can think of is

I/ they have got something to hide

2/ it gives the current CEO a salary for the next year

Because after this he will be flat out getting a job manageing the financials of a flea market
