Just picked this up in the quarterly activities report "discussions commenced with Indian Thermal Coal Company on the potential partnership of Songea"
with discussions ongoing with Chinese and now discussions with Russians, should be one to watch given Chinese and Indians are already all over the Songea Region, and have massive demand:
