Most probably has something to do with the Chinese.

Like it or lump it, there certainly is some capping going on, and it is done with increments, allowed to run a little and then sold down to keep it breathing.

There is only so much time before we here something about this DHEM of the 1K hole, so to me this is very exciting and a another bonus that will await all holders, IMO~!
