Uranerz got an exemption for NRC to setup the plant before even all licences are issued to them. That tells their confidence level in Wyoming. Governor, Dave Freudenthal is business oriented and is advocating to setup a Power Plant in Wyoming itself. He was on forefront to get Obama elected.
Once Uranerz get license process complete, plant will be up and running within few months.
